Free Meals Available to Students

District 207 is pleased to share that any student at Maine East, Maine South, Maine West and Frost Academy can now receive free meals each week. Families do NOT have to qualify for the program. There is no cost for the meals. Learn more about the meal process and the safety measures related to preparing food in English and en Espanol.

The only requirement to receive school breakfast and/or lunch is that those meals MUST be ordered in advance through the MyMealOrder system. Meal orders need to be submitted each Thursday at midnight so that meals can be picked up the following week. There is no requirement for a credit card or payment of any kind. Directions for using the MyMealOrder system are available in English and en Espanol.

Once meals are ordered, the student or parent/guardian should pick up meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2 p.m.-4 p.m. The Tuesday pick up can include as many as two days of meals. The Thursday pick up can include as many as three days of meals. While families will NOT be charged for the meals, we do ask that if you order meals to please pick them up at the school. If you need special accommodations for pickup, please contact the Associate Principal for Student Experiences at your school. They can also answer questions you might have about the program.

Low Cost Internet Information

In order to help families who might have internet issues, please know there are several low cost options available.

Comcast Internet Essentials is a program for low cost internet connection. More information is available about the program for families that qualify at: https://maine207.org/news/low-cost-internet-information/

AT&T also offers a low cost Internet program for families that qualify. You can learn more about the AT&T program at https://www.att.com/internet/access/.

Stay safe, stay healthy, stay positive.
